I watched the TV screen as Metta World Peace (AKA Ron Artest) slammed a dunk down. He pumped his chest furiously. They were playing The Oklahoma City Thunder. (My favorite NBA team) World Peace walked by James Harden. He lifted his elbow and smashed James Harden behind the ear. Harden fell to the floor. I gasped. The remaining players jumbled up talking trash to each other. The refs broke it up. I watched as World Peace tried to explain to the ref how it was an 'accident.' If you watch the video it was totally intentional. The sad thing is World Peace has tried to change. He used to do this kind of stuff all the time. But this season he has toned it down a bit. So he changed his name from Ron Artest to Metta World Peace. It seemed he had changed. Until this. It goes to show you how lost we are as humans without Christ. If God hadn't sent his son to die and cover our sin with his blood. Only God can change our heart. If only World Peace knew this.
